As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role on a global operations team. The position will require you to work in a highly cross-functional environment, interacting with nearly every department and team within the organization. You will have the opportunity to positively influence the whole organization and drive initiatives that directly impact the company’s bottom line. Across the company’s business lines, you will work closely with staff at all levels of seniority.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Work collaboratively and independently under the direction of the SVP, Business Operations
· Develop relationships with regional financial institution partners, including domestic and international banks, by owning the partnership and refresh processes
· Collaborate with executive management, product, finance, compliance, and legal teams to implement initiatives that improve efficiency
· Manage cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration of regional and local operations with global shared services
· Support global regulatory and licensing initiatives
· Expand operations and regulated service entities
· Work with business owners to scale new products from MVPs
· Develop corporate resources, processes, and standards for implementing operational best practices across operating theaters based on a deep understanding of best practices across regions
· Manage cross-functional corporate and business development projects
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Operations Manager role in London;
· Previous expereince in senior ops role within crypto / digital asstes.
· Familiarity with both cryptocurrency and traditional finance
· Strong entrepreneurial mindset
· Proven experience in business process management consulting or operations roles in financial services, fintech or technology
· Coordinating with global stakeholders on a flexible schedule
· Adaptability, tenacity, hands-on work ethic
· Strong organisational and workload management skills, particularly in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
· Capacity to deconstruct complex problems and devise precise solutions
🤝 Interview process
· Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
· Interview with Director of Operations (60 min).
· Final interview with Directors (60 min).
