The Opportunity
As Senior Business Development Leader (APAC), you’ll lead institutional growth and capital-raising initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
You’ll build and nurture relationships with funds, family offices, hedge funds, and high-net-worth investors, driving adoption of innovative DeFi and digital-asset solutions. Working closely with the global leadership team, you’ll help shape regional strategy, build strategic partnerships, and deliver commercial success across the company’s growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and deliver business development and fundraising objectives across APAC.
· Represent the firm and its portfolio to institutional investors and UHNWIs.
· Develop and structure bespoke investment or product solutions to drive sales and revenue.
· Collaborate with global BD and SDR teams to maximise conversion through your network.
· Build and sustain long-term partnerships with investors, funds, and strategic partners.
· Represent the firm at Web3, DeFi, and fintech industry events across the region.
· Monitor competitor and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements
· 3–6 years’ experience in business development, financial services, investment, or digital assets.
· Strong understanding of financial products, fundraising, and institutional capital markets.
· Proven ability to attract, engage, and manage institutional and high-net-worth investors.
· Knowledge of the digital asset and DeFi space advantageous but not essential.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
