RecruitBlock is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager vacancy for an international blockchain software development company with offices in Málaga, Spain.
This blockchain leader specialises in building enterprise crypto treasury management solutions that enable companies to integrate digital assets into their payroll, treasury and financial operations.
This Customer Success Manager role would be based in Málaga providing hybrid office and work from home arrangements with two days per week required in the office.
In this Customer Success Manager role you will be joining a fast-paced, flexible and innovative environment, working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team to ensure all customers (mostly business and enterprise customers) have an optimal experience at all points of their journey. You’ll be required to build in-depth knowledge and understanding of customers needs, bridging gaps between sales and support and ensuring strong longstanding business relationships are built that optimise customer life time value.

✔ Previous success in a crypto / blockchain / SaaS / FinTech business.
