As Retention Insight Analyst in Gibraltar you’ll be focussed on Retention Marketing and delivering analytics and insight programmes to help the Retention team transform the vast amount of data into actionable insights, to inform the Marketing strategy and enhance business performance.

✔ Generate actionable insights from deep dive analysis to maximise performance.
✔ Liaise with the Retention Team to develop new approaches and streamline processes.
✔ As part of analysis, validate the integrity of reporting resources and escalate data discrepancies.
✔ Raise ideas for optimising the Retention reporting and insight programme.
✔ Work with relevant stakeholders to source data that produces a complete customer/ business narrative.
✔ Advise on appropriate use, definition and interpretation of data items or reports built.
✔ Support the Retention Team with ad-hoc analytical and insight requests.
✔ Experience in a similar position.
✔ Maths, statistical, analytical background with a professional qualification (Degree) in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or Statistics desirable.
✔ Experience of SQL working with large datasets.
✔ Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
✔ Experience in other programming languages such as R or Python.
✔ Experienced Microsoft Excel user.
✔ Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn.
✔ Problem-solving with a “can do” attitude.
✔ Self-managed strategic thinker, highly organised with ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
