The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager (North America), you will spearhead institutional sales and capital attraction strategies across the region.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious business development professional with a strong understanding of both traditional and decentralised finance, looking to play a pivotal role in expanding an innovative financial ecosystem. You will work with funds, family offices, and high-net-worth investors, contributing to the company’s growth in key North American markets.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead capital attraction and revenue growth initiatives across North America.

·      Represent the organisation and its digital asset products to institutional investors and UHNWIs.

·      Develop tailored investment solutions to support client and business objectives.

·      Collaborate with SDR and global BD teams to strengthen lead generation and pipeline conversion.

·      Establish and maintain strategic relationships with investors, funds, and partners.

·      Represent the business at key industry conferences and networking events.

·      Analyse market developments, competitors, and regulatory trends to guide strategy.

Key Requirements

·      4–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within financial services or digital assets.

·      Experience engaging institutional clients across TradFi and DeFi sectors.

·      Proven track record in capital raising, partnerships, or institutional relationship management.

·      Deep understanding of both traditional and decentralised financial ecosystems.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
