RecruitBlock is partnering with a next-generation decentralised Bitcoin Treasury Reserve protocol designed to deliver scalable, liquid, and institutional-grade Bitcoin exposure. Inspired by traditional treasury strategies yet fully decentralised via tokenised participation, the protocol operates under a foundation-led governance model with DAO components. It is positioned to serve both institutional and crypto-native investors, advancing Bitcoin treasury management through innovative convertible vaults and token incentives.

Founding Team

The protocol is built by a leadership group with deep operational, marketing, and blockchain expertise:

·        A former growth-stage operator with experience scaling $100M+ direct-to-consumer brands and leadership roles at Y Combinator-backed companies

·        A seasoned performance marketing executive managing $300M+ in digital ad spend globally

·        A brand growth strategist with proven ability in organic and paid traffic acquisition, executing campaigns totaling nearly $50M+

·        A serial blockchain technologist and founder with extensive smart contract and protocol development experience

CEO’s Mission

Lead the protocol from its Token Generation Event (TGE) — the initial issuance and distribution of the native token — through phases of institutional adoption, multi-chain expansion, and global scale. Deliver strategic leadership across treasury growth, governance, product execution, and stakeholder engagement while scaling a high-performance executive team.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide strategic leadership for the protocol foundation, token ecosystem, and operational entities

·        Execute the post-TGE roadmap including exchange listings, treasury scaling, and institutional partnerships

·        Oversee the growth and product development of convertible vaults and automated token issuance mechanisms

·        Act as primary external representative with investors, regulators, partners, and the community

·        Recruit, develop, and manage senior leadership across engineering, marketing, compliance, and finance

·        Collaborate with founders on DAO governance, tokenomics refinement, and incentive structures

Must-Have Experience

·        Executive leadership in crypto-native protocols, DeFi platforms, or traditional capital markets environments

·        Proven success in fundraising, investor relations, and scaling high-growth ventures

·        Strong understanding of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and decentralised treasury management

·        Experience leading hybrid organisational structures combining DAO, foundation, and devco components

·        High operational aptitude with the ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects

Strategic Growth Phases

·        Phase 1: Global launch targeting non-U.S. buyers

·        Phase 2: U.S. market expansion through regulatory-compliant frameworks

·        Phase 3: Cross-chain integration across Ethereum, Base, and Bitcoin Layer 2 networks
