About the Company

We need a strategic operator, builder and execution-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. This is not your typical corporate manager role—it’s an entrepreneurial, founder-style CEO role with full ownership where you will need to think in growth loops and build systems from scratch. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, growth, finance, compliance, and international expansion, all while scaling the platform into a global fintech powerhouse.

The platform offers a global crypto-fiat banking solution for businesses.

·     Product: Business accounts, multi-currency accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire), crypto on/off ramp, corporate cards, invoicing & payments, API-based banking infrastructure.

·     Clients: Importers, exporters, B2B companies, high-volume e-commerce

·     Business Model: Paid onboarding + subscription + transaction fees.

·     Current Volume: $150M+/month

·     Goal: $1B+/month

 

CEO’s Mission

As CEO, you’ll be at the forefront of expansion, with the opportunity to shape the platform’s future:

·     Lead growth into new markets: Scalable sales and partnership channels in US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, South Asia, BaaS APIs, enterprise accounts.

·     Scale the team: Build high-performing teams across product, sales, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations.

·     Own the P&L: Drive growth while monitoring key metrics like volume, revenue, CAC, LTV, and churn.

·     Drive sustainable growth: Focus on long-term defensibility and operational efficiency.

·     Be the public face: Engage with investors, partners, regulators, and high-tier clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a CEO who can:

·     Set strategy: Define company growth, product roadmap, organisational structure, and capital needs.

·     Drive cross-functional execution: Align the product, sales, growth, finance, and compliance teams to achieve key goals.

·     Oversee investor relations & fundraising: Manage fundraising (Seed → Series B+), as well as strategic partnerships.

·     Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee regulatory strategy and licensing roadmap and maintain structural hygiene across multiple jurisdictions.

·     Scale operations: Ensure operational infrastructure supports $1B+/month turnover.

·     Build the culture: Foster a fast-paced, focused, accountable, and product-driven culture.

 

Must-Have Experience

We’re looking for a CEO who has:

·     C-level/Founder/GM/Executive leadership experience in B2B fintech, crypto, neobank, or complex SaaS.

·     Hands-on leadership in high-growth B2B FinTech companies is a must have.

·     Proven success in building, scaling and managing a product-driven B2B company at $100M+ scale in monthly volume.

·     Experience managing a distributed team and working across multiple regions/jurisdictions.

·     Hands-on with product, growth, licensing and team building.

·     Direct experience with fundraising, investor relations and board management.

As the CEO, you’ll embody:

·     Data-Driven Leadership: Your ability to leverage metrics (CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, runway) will drive your strategic decisions.

·     Hands-On Leadership: You will lead and own the execution of product, sales, finance, and operations at a global scale.

·     Strategic Fundraising & Investor Relations: You have a proven track record of managing fundraising, investor communications, and board relationships.

·     Regulatory Expertise: You will navigate complex regulatory environments with ease and ensure compliance across regions.

·     Exceptional Communication Skills: You excel at engaging with investors, partners, and clients with clarity and authority.
