RecruitBlock is recruiting a Junior Crypto Broker for an established Crypto / Bitcoin brokerage operating for nearly 10 years. They are seeking a Junior Crypto Broker for their Gibraltar business, which will be regulated by the GFSC.
As a Crypto Broker, reporting directly to the Broker Team Manager, you will be ambitious, self-motivated, have a strong passion for crypto and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for a variety of customer-facing roles and will have an opportunity to impact business growth, working closely with the management team to drive expansion.
This role, which requires Monday – Wednesday afternoon and evening and weekend daytime working hours, is ideally suited to a high-performing individual transitioning into the Crypto space or early in their career path.

Role
✔ Buy and sell cryptocurrency to and from clients.
✔ Source new clients and develop existing relationships.
✔ Adhere to all necessary regulatory, compliance and business standards.
✔ Manage trading accounts on popular OTC trading platforms.
✔ Provide high-quality customer service to clients
✔ Assist in the resolution of day-to-day client queries.
✔ Work closely with the Broker Manager to achieve business goals.
✔ Establish strong working relationships across the business with other departments.
✔ Work collaboratively or independently when required.
✔ Manage various trading related risks (execution risk, price volatility risk etc).
Skills
✔ Previous experience working in a regulated sector (Crypto, Brokerage, Gaming, Banking, MSB, PSP, FX, Compliance etc) helpful but not necessary.
✔ Bitcoin and Crypto enthusiast, with personal or professional interest in crypto assets.
✔ A problem-solving mindset and analytical approach
✔ Ability to work afternoon and weekday evenings (Mon – Wed) and weekend daytimes.
✔ Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
✔ Great interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
✔ Ability to work using own initiative, adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise own workload.
✔ Competence with new technologies.
✔ Excellent time-management skills.
