Founding Growth & Marketing Lead | Dubai | Digital Asset Management Platform
RecruitBlock is partnering with an early stage digital asset management platform which brings all major investments into one self-custodial interface, allowing users to manage their portfolio across ecosystems, removing the complexity of wallets and chains.
They are now seeking their first marketing/growth hire to hep take them from 0 to 1 fast.
This isn’t a CMO role, but a role for a full-stack marketing and growth operator who can move fast, disagree transparently, be selective and take full ownership and accountability.
Role Mission
Work directly with the founder to build the entire growth engine from scratch: strategy, channels, creative, analytics, and community. You’ll build while others are planning, test instead of theorizing and move fast without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Full-stack growth: Drive acquisition through paid, organic, referrals, SEO, KOLs, influencers, social, media, and viral growth loops.
· Analyze data, iterate fast, and prioritize what works.
· Content & Messaging: Own positioning and create clear, compelling content—from landing pages to threads—that communicates product value and differentiation
· Community & ecosystem: Grow and engage presence across socials, activate KOLs, host AMAs and Spaces, and turn early users into evangelists.
Must-Have Experience
· Execution-first operator — you’ve proven track record in building from scratch and shipping fast
· Full-stack marketer — paid, organic, content, comms, and analytics
· Strong writer & communicator — turn complex features into clear benefits
· First-principles thinker — solves creatively, not by playbook
· Growth mindset — runs experiments, iterates fast, finds levers
· Data-driven — fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel metrics
· Self-starter with extreme ownership — no hand-holding, high standards
· Resourceful & adaptable — gets things done with limited resources
· Crypto-native or a fast learner — understands the culture and users
· Leadership potential — can inspire, operate solo, and scale a team
What You May Also Bring to the Role
· Experience scaling growth at a B2C fintech, DeFi protocol, or trading app
· Built a side project, newsletter, tool, or audience from scratch
· Designed or scaled referral loops, influencer flywheels, or viral mechanics
· Experience hiring or managing other marketers/creators, contractors, or agencies
· Active in crypto Twitter or relevant online communities
· Comfortable with design/no-code tools (Figma, Webflow, Notion, etc.)
· Proven ability to grow with limited budget and high creativity
