Role
· Report directly to Group CEO and COO.
· Direct and manage core activities of the Spanish business.
· Oversee compliance responsibilities.
· Manage relationship with Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
· Oversee and improve all operational systems, processes and controls.
· Enhance management reporting and information flow.
· Develop organisational planning and business processes.
· Establish, implement and oversee departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
· Perform role as member of the Group Senior Management team.
· Travel to Alicante office as required.
Skills
✔ Previous senior management experience within Investment Firm or Banking.
✔ Experience in Finance, Compliance and Regulatory matters.
✔ Relationship management with regulators (CMNV) and other relevant statutory bodies.
✔ Strong knowledge of all operating functions of an Investment firm.
✔ Proven experience leading complex teams.
✔ Ability to influence and motivate teams virtually and directly.
✔ Excellent management, organisational and communication skills.
✔ Fluency in English
