We’re recruiting on behalf of a market leader in digital asset accounting and advisory. Headquartered in London’s Fitzrovia and operating internationally, this pioneering firm works with major crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, NFT creators, and metaverse ventures. Backed by a recent significant investment and built by professionals from Big 4 and top-tier firms, they combine deep sector expertise with in-house AI and blockchain tools to redefine modern financial advisory.
Your Mission
- Deliver end-to-end accounting, audit, and advisory support for digital asset clients across DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.
- Work on high-impact projects including token accounting, proof-of-reserves audits, and tax structuring for blockchain ventures.
- Utilise in-house AI and blockchain tools to drive innovation in financial reporting and advisory services.
- Collaborate closely with Partners and Managers from Big 4 and top-tier firms on technical accounting strategy and client delivery.
- Shape emerging crypto accounting standards, protocols, and regulatory best practices.
What You Bring | Qualified Accountant
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong audit or financial accounting experience, ideally within Big 4 or mid-tier firms.
- Genuine interest in the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 space — prior crypto experience not essential.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for tackling complex accounting challenges.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
