We’re hiring on behalf of a market leader in digital asset accounting and advisory. Headquartered in London’s Fitzrovia and operating internationally, this pioneering firm works with major crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, NFT creators, and metaverse ventures. Backed by recent investment and built by professionals from Big 4 and top-tier firms, they combine deep sector expertise with in-house developed AI, software and blockchain tools to redefine financial advisory for the decentralised economy.
Assistant Manager’s Mission
-
Deliver end-to-end accounting, audit, and advisory services for digital asset clients across DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.
Take ownership of complex financial projects, including token accounting, proof-of-reserve audits, and tax structuring.
Leverage proprietary AI and blockchain tools to elevate financial reporting and advisory capabilities.
Collaborate with Partners and Managers from Big 4 and investment banking backgrounds on strategic and technical challenges.
Contribute to the development of emerging crypto accounting protocols, standards, and regulatory practices.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements for clients operating within the digital asset ecosystem.
Lead audits, reviews, and special assurance projects for Web3 and blockchain-native businesses.
Work closely with senior stakeholders on valuation, treasury, and token economics advisory.
Assist clients in navigating crypto taxation and global regulatory compliance.
Apply data analytics and tech-led tools to optimise audit and advisory efficiency.
Stay updated with market trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and methodology enhancements.
Must-Have Experience
-
Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent international professional qualification.
Solid audit or financial accounting background, preferably from Big 4 or mid-tier firms.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical accounting challenges in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of IFRS/UK GAAP and accounting treatments relevant to high-growth businesses.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.

What’s on Offer | Qualified Accountant

Salary: £57,000 – £60,000 per annum
Bonus: Strong performance-based structure (£1,000 – £8,000)
