The Opportunity

As Business Development Associate (United States), you will support institutional sales and capital attraction strategies across the region.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious business development or sales / account management professional with an understanding of both traditional and decentralised finance, looking to play a pivotal role in expanding an innovative financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

·    Support capital attraction and revenue growth initiatives across North America.

·    Work with the BDM to develop tailored investment solutions to support client and business objectives.

·    Develop and strengthen lead generation and pipeline conversion.

·    Manage accounts and relationships with investors, funds and partners to ensure customer experience is optimised.

·    Analyse market developments, competitors, and regulatory trends to guide strategy.

Key Requirements

·    3–5 years’ experience in business development, account management or sales within financial services or digital assets.

·    Experience engaging with institutional clients.

·    Successful track record in institutional account or relationship management.

·    Understanding of both traditional and decentralised financial ecosystems.

·    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
