We’re recruiting a Chief Marketing Officer for an internationally regulated online investment platform and brokerage with offices across Europe. Established nearly 10 years ago the Group operate multiple trading and investment brands, providing strong liquidity and secure access to the best trading platforms and most innovative products on the market.

Role
✔ Overseeing the planning, development and execution of the Company’s and the Group’s marketing and advertising initiatives.
✔ “Listening” to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the Company and the Group.
✔ Defining marketing strategies to support the Company’s and the Group’s overall strategies and objectives.
✔ Develop a feasible marketing plan for the Marketing Department, set marketing goals and objectives and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
✔ Plan and organise marketing functions and operations (product development, business development, branding, communications, distribution channel management etc.) and ensure they project the Company’s/Group’s unique “voice”.
✔ Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
✔ Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
✔ Create a solid network of strategic partnerships; Sourcing new traffic providers and negotiating commercial terms with them.
✔ Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Skills
✔ Proven experience in a similar role successfully owning, leading and managing marketing teams within the trading and/or investment brokerage sectors.
✔ Track record of being responsible for an annual budget and performance metrics, driving compelling campaigns across digital and offline channels.
✔ Demonstrable record of managing product marketing capabilities to develop comprehensive and distinctive value propositions for customers.
✔ Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations.
✔ Intellectually agile—a strategic thinker who can think deeply and qualitatively about business problems, breaking down issues, and presenting solutions.
✔ Excellent communication skills – can motivate, support and lead people, outstanding interpersonal and written communication.
✔ Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for decision-making.
✔ Passionate and experienced people leader and team builder.
