Compensation Package for Remote Chief Marketing Officer

· Base Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Position Details

· Location: 100% Remote

· Contract: Full-time, initial 1-year fixed term

Key Responsibilities of Remote CMO

· Design and implement global marketing strategies to position our client as a leader in decentralised AI, AGI, and ASI.

· Launch and optimise high-impact, multi-channel campaigns, driving performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and ROI-based objectives.

· Establish real-time performance dashboards, translating marketing metrics into actionable insights.

· Set and track KPIs for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand reach.

· Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (5–10 people), driving recruitment, mentorship, and growth.

· Manage marketing budgets aligned with business objectives and resource allocation.

· Oversee PR efforts and collaborate with external agencies to amplify brand presence across crypto media, tech outlets, and mainstream publications.

· Shape and execute social media strategies, fostering vibrant Web3 and AI communities.

· Partner with product and strategy teams to maintain a cohesive digital presence.

· Develop campaigns for token launches, product milestones, and investor communications.

· Present quarterly marketing reports with analytics, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

· Extensive experience in crypto and Web3 marketing, ideally also AI or DeFi sectors.

· Proven ability to craft and execute global marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.

· Leadership experience in scaling and managing marketing teams.

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

· Deep knowledge of blockchain, AI, and Web3 ecosystems.

· Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.

· Availability to work EU hours remotely and adaptability in dynamic settings in a remote senior marketing position.
