Since the mid 90’s, the bank has served innovative Clients through e-money products and payment services. It is now expanding its banking product range to offer digital corporate banking services in Gibraltar.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of corporate clients, acting as the main point of contact between the bank and the client, and assisting clients in making informed financial decisions.
· Analysis of financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant financial metrics. Assessment of creditworthiness, risk evaluation, and economic performance monitoring are all part of this.
· Working with credit analysts to prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee, negotiate terms and conditions for credit facilities with clients, monitor and manage credit exposure.
· Knowing the bank’s products and services, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and develop a solid understanding of payments and cards.
· Ensuring smooth client transactions by collaborating with internal departments, including risk management, legal, and operations, as well as other business units within the bank.
· Maintaining a deep understanding of the Gibraltar market, industries, trends, key organizations and individuals, and staying current on industry trends and market conditions.
· Ensuring all banking activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, be aware of changes in regulations that may affect your clients.
· Provide effective resolution to any issues or concerns raised by clients.
· Identify potential issues that may affect client relations and address them proactively.
· Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the bank’s client base.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Gibraltar Finance role;
· Previous experience in Corporate Banking Relationship Management.
· Banking/ finance qualifications.
· Knowledge of local business is a must.
· Great communicator and negotiator.
· Financial analysis skills.
· Risk assessment experience.
· Relationship-building expertise.
· Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and regulations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
🤝 Interview process
· Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
· Interview with the Head of Corporate Banking (60 minutes).
· Final interview with Director and Exec Team (30 min).
