We are recruiting an iGaming CRM Retention Specialist in Gibraltar:
The CRM Retention Specialist have responsibility for optimising Casino CRM activity, implementing online gaming customer communications that enhance customer user experience, engagement and commercial KPI’s.

Role
✔ Propose campaigns that support the Casino CRM team to achieve KPI’s and targets. ✔ Conduct situational analysis to assess competitiveness across iGaming and online gaming markets. ✔ Perform analytics to identify gaming customer insights and online gaming business opportunities. ✔ Leverage data insights to propose A/B testing to optimise casino and online gaming campaigns. ✔ Support the definition of the Casino CRM contact plan. ✔ Design customer-focused multi-channel communications that enhance casino and online gaming experience. ✔ Create briefs to produce marketing assets for CRM. ✔ Coordinate the production of iGaming marketing materials and online casino campaigns. ✔ Ensure a high level of QA is maintained. ✔ Define target online gaming audiences and campaigns via CRM and marketing tools. ✔ Monitor and own live campaign performance against expectations. ✔ Support the marketing team with escalations. ✔ Implement CRM and Marketing best practices according to strategic and technical guidance. ✔ Review success factors and opportunities for optimisation within online gaming. ✔ Provide regular feedback on processes and tooling.
Skills
✔ Proven experience in a similar marketing position within Online Gaming.
✔ Expert experience within online gaming, preferably online Casino essential.
✔ Analytical with a data and detail focused approach within iGaming.
✔ Organised, pro-active and able to prioritise within a fast paced online gaming environment.
✔ Expert knowledge of CRM strategies, tools and channels in an online gaming environment.
✔ Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing and customer engagement within Online Gaming.
✔ Able to interpret data and drive business conclusions within online gaming.
✔ Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
✔ Tech-savvy with strong interest for career progression and a passion for online gaming.
