RecruitBlock is recruiting a Crypto Broker for an established Crypto / Bitcoin brokerage operating for nearly 10 years. They are seeking a Crypto Broker for their Gibraltar business, which is regulated by the GFSC.
🚀 Hiring Company – International Crypto Brokerage based in Gibraltar
An international crypto FinTech company serving B2C and B2B customers in Europe and the UK, with a strong track record and growth since 2020.
As a Crypto Broker, reporting directly to the Broker Team Manager, you will be ambitious, self-motivated, have a strong passion for crypto and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for a variety of customer-facing roles and will have an opportunity to impact business growth, working closely with the management team to drive expansion.
This is an office based role that is ideally suited to an individual early in their career path.
🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
✔ Buy and sell cryptocurrency to and from clients.
✔ Source new clients and develop existing relationships.
✔ Adhere to all necessary regulatory, compliance and business standards.
✔ Manage trading accounts on popular OTC trading platforms.
✔ Provide high-quality customer service to clients
✔ Assist in the resolution of day-to-day client queries.
✔ Work closely with the Broker Manager to achieve business goals.
✔ Establish strong working relationships across the business with other departments.
✔ Work collaboratively or independently when required.
✔ Manage various trading related risks (execution risk, price volatility risk etc).
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Crypto role
✔ Previous experience working in a regulated sector (Crypto, Brokerage, Gaming, Banking, MSB, PSP, FX, Compliance etc) helpful but not necessary.
✔ Bitcoin and Crypto enthusiast, with personal or professional interest in crypto assets.
✔ A problem-solving mindset and analytical approach.
✔ Customer focussed, pro-active, positive and highly trustworthy.
✔ Ability to work afternoon and weekday evenings (Mon – Wed) and weekend daytimes.
✔ Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
✔ Great interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
✔ Ability to work using own initiative, adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise own workload.
✔ Competence with new technologies.
✔ Excellent time-management skills.
👐🏽 What’s on offer?
✔ Base salary plus uncapped performance bonus related to personal and team performance.
✔ On-track performance bonus expected to be 50% of base salary.
✔ Holiday allowance that increases by 1 day per year plus Gibraltar bank holidays.
