RecruitBlock is exclusively recruiting a Remote Crypto Product Manager (Europe) for a growing technology company developing leading crypto products for the online iGaming industry.
Offering some of the most innovative products and games on the market this company welcomes new ideas and creativity to build a leading crypto gaming platform and products.
As Crypto Product Manager you’ll grow an evolving iGaming platform combining online casino games and cryptocurrency.
You’ll need to demonstrate strong leadership and sound technical competencies, handling complex matters and working with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.

Role
✔ Manage the product vision, in collaboration with the product, engineer, operation, and marketing team as well and key stakeholders. ✔ Hold demos and feedback sessions with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required. ✔ Compose PRD, Produce product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and accompanied with visual aids. ✔ Develop and refine short-term and long-term product development roadmaps that support the product vision and facilitate decision-making. ✔ Lead the product discovery process in collaboration with designers, researchers, analysts, stakeholders, and engineers. ✔ Champion ideas and concepts for new product development to inspire the wider company. ✔ Manage appropriate market, competitor, and user research. ✔ Tracking, data collection, and reporting. ✔ Manage the product development backlog, ensuring it is properly organized, prioritized, and kept up to date. ✔ Build-out, coach and mentor a team in line with business requirements.
Skills ✔ Strong proven experience in a senior compliance position within crypto AND online casino or iGaming products. ✔ Previous experience in B2B. ✔ Experience of overseeing an effective crypto product roadmap. ✔ Knowledge of and passion for crypto. ✔ Previous experience working as Product Manager in both crypto and gaming industry. ✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Self-motivated, critical thinker, able to work independently and in decentralised team environments. covering multiple and varied tasks. ✔ Knowledgeable and passionate about Web3, particularly cryptocurrency, and how it can be applied to the iGaming and online casino industry. ✔ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. ✔ UK citizen with current right to work in UK (sponsorship is not offered).
