Head of Growth | Europe | US | Remote | Hybrid | FinTech & Crypto-Fiat Banking

 

RecruitBlock is collaborating exclusively with a fast-growing crypto-fiat banking platform, enabling businesses to streamline their financial operations across various global regions. This is a dynamic Head of Growth leadership role designed for a remote-first leader with a deep understanding of B2B marketing and growth strategy within the FinTech or crypto sector. The Head of Growth will report to CEO and will be a data-driven and creative.

Our client is a rapidly expanding crypto-fiat banking platform offering multi-currency accounts, corporate cards, payments, and API banking solutions to high-volume B2B clients, including e-commerce businesses and crypto traders. With a monthly transaction volume surpassing $150 million, and ambitious plans to scale beyond $1 billion per month, the company is pioneering financial innovation and delivering seamless, secure financial services to businesses across the globe

What You’ll Do as Head of Growth

·        Develop and implement a scalable strategy to drive qualified leads and signups.

·        Manage key metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, etc.) and lead growth experiments.

·        Scale paid acquisition, SEO, and retargeting efforts.

·        Track and analyse key KPIs using analytics platforms.

·        Work with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding UX and monetisation.

·        Implement viral growth tactics like referral programs and community activation.

·        Increase visibility through fintech partnerships and ecosystems.

·        Support partner onboarding with resources and growth incentives.

 

This Role Would Be Great for You If

·        Previous role as Head of Growth / VP Growth / Performance Lead / Growth PMM

·        You have extensive experience in B2B FinTech banking, payments, or B2B crypto marketing, growth hacking, and strategy, Head of Growth.

·        Europe/USA based with remote/hybrid experience.

·        You are a proactive leader who thrives on building growth systems from the ground up and solving complex challenges with creative strategies.

·        You have experience excelling in remote-first environments and appreciate the flexibility and efficiency they offer.

·        You have a hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with the ability to execute growth marketing initiatives effectively.

·        You’re an expert in performance marketing, growth hacking, and data-driven decision-making, and ready to leverage these skills to propel growth.

·        1,000+ qualified leads per month, CAC < $500, and scalable growth funnel.

 

What You Need

·        Proven experience in B2B marketing, growth strategy, and customer acquisition within Digital Payments, Crypto-as-a-service (CaaS), Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or SaaS industries.

·        5 – 10+ years in fintech, B2B SaaS, embedded finance, payments or crypto

·        Proficiency in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, GA4, Mixpanel and cold outreach.

·        A strong track record of developing and implementing growth funnels while measuring success via key growth metrics.

·        Proven track record in scaling from 100 to 1,000+ clients

·        Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a remote team

·        A hands-on approach to growth combined with a strategic mindset.

·        Based in Europe or US

 

Success Metrics

·       1,000+ qualified leads per month in target industries

·       Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) under $500 with continuous improvement

·       Activation rate greater than 50% in key business sectors

·        Scalable and predictable growth funnel with measurable ROI

·        Strong data visibility and consistent testing cadence across all channels
