We are recruiting a HRBP in London:
✔ Digital Asset Exchange ✔ Fintech ✔ London Leader
Role ✔ Partnering to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are aligned with Fintech business goals. ✔ Provide strategic expertise and contribute to global HR initiatives. ✔ Provide performance management guidance. ✔ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention. ✔ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. ✔ Identify training needs / individual executive coaching needs. ✔Provide guidance on structure, workforce planning / succession planning.
Skills ✔ Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity. ✔ Stakeholder management skills to partner with senior team members. ✔ Knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, performance evaluation, and data consolidation /management of employee workload balance. ✔ Strategic, problem solving mindset with a passion for Fintech.
