Junior/Mid-Level Software Engineer’s Mission

 

You’ll contribute to building and optimising back-end systems and data pipelines in a fast-growing fintech and crypto environment. Working with senior engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience with Python, ETL workflows, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, while collaborating in an agile development environment and shaping best practices in a space where standards are being defined daily.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain back-end systems primarily using Python.

·         Support data processing pipelines and ETL workflows.

·         Collaborate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

·         Assist with CI/CD workflows, unit testing, and production deployments.

·         Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) and Linux environments.

·         Participate in agile ceremonies and team-based projects.

·         Contribute to best practices in software development and fintech solutions.

·         Maintain attention to detail while delivering high-quality software solutions.

 

Must-Have Experience

·         Minimum 1 year of professional software engineering experience.

·         Proficiency in Python; knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, or SQL is advantageous.

·         Experience with ETL processes and databases.

·         Familiarity with version control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).

·         Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and production environments.

·         Understanding of agile methodologies.

·         Experience participating in collaborative code reviews.

·         Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

·         Linux experience is a plus.

·         Strong soft skills, collaboration, and accountability.
