A global financial technology company that builds solutions connecting the crypto economy and today’s financial infrastructure. To bring about meaningful change, they partner with a network of leading strategic fintech partners, crypto funders, and advocacy organizations.
In your role as UK Legal Counsel, you’ll focus on commercial contracts. Besides that, you’ll handle all legal matters related to this fintech/ crypto business, including corporate, employment, financial services regulations across many jurisdictions, and IP. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-growing fintech/ crypto company, also gaining legal experience in crypto, learning about new technologies, and working with the biggest crypto companies.
🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

Contract preparation, review, negotiation, and implementation with partners, vendors, integrators, regulators, stakeholders, employees, and contractors (commercial contracts, NDAs).
Assisting with daily legal and operational responsibilities across the crypto company.
Working with internal stakeholders, like business development, HR, operations, and sales.
Maintaining a legal and contract library.
Drafting internal legal policies and guidelines.
Onboarding different entities to third parties like PSPs, banks, and liquidity providers.
Running your projects and instructing external counsel.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Fintech/ Crypto role

As a solicitor, you’re qualified in England and Wales.
You’ll have experience working in-house or at a technology / licensing law/ fintech/ crypto.
Expertise in licensing agreements and managing commercial contracts.
Exceptional time management, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
