Role
✔ Commissioning or conducting market marketing research.
✔ Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation of relevant Marcom activities.
✔ Collaborating with cross-functional teams – creative, IT, production, product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
✔ Coordinating with and managing offline/online agency partners.
✔ Creating marketing presentations for internal/external use.
✔ Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions.
✔ Organising and managing the operational side of offline activities for the brand.
✔ Manage and support social activities in relevant social networks.
✔ Produce website marketing copy.
✔ Support and develop all email automation content to execution.
✔ Promote products and services during events.
✔ Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
✔ Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
Skills
✔ Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role within Financial Services or FinTech sectors.
✔ Familiarity and experience with B2C advertising campaigns for FinTech / Financial Services sector.
✔ Demonstrable experience in successful email marketing management within FinTech / Financial Services sector.
✔ Hands-on experience with web content management tools, such WordPress/other CMS.
✔ Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics a strong advantage.
✔ Experience with successful marketing campaigns on social media.
✔ Familiar with social networks, managing and supporting communities within FinTech / Financial Services sector.
✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse data and marketing trends.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
✔ Flexible in changing, fast paced online technology environment.
✔ Passionate about technology and innovation.
