Submitting information does not oblige RecruitBlock to provide you with any services, represent you, or introduce you to any employer or client.

7. Roles, vacancies, and applications

Where the Site refers to roles, assignments or opportunities:

  • we do not guarantee that any role is available, will remain open, or will be filled

  • we do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or offered a role

  • any decision to interview or hire is made by the relevant client or employer (where applicable)

If you apply for a role or submit a CV, you should ensure your information is complete and up to date.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, RecruitBlock owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

14. General

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to another person. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use where we reasonably believe your rights will not be adversely affected.

If we do not enforce any right we have under these Terms of Use, that does not mean we waive that right.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control.
