RecruitBlock is partnering with the first self-custodial, layer-one Bitcoin stablecoin to recruit a Chief Marketing Officer. With this crypto innovator, Bitcoiners can borrow a stablecoin secured by their BTC without having to surrender custody or leave the Bitcoin blockchain.
We’re headhunting a visionary CMO to drive brand recognition and adoption of yield and multi-chain staking protocols. This is an exciting remote job opportunity to work on a revolutionary product with the potential to change the world. In this senior marketing role in crypto, you will create compelling marketing content on Twitter, host engaging spaces and attend major events around the world.
A talented and experienced remote first team will work with you and you’ll craft data-driven marketing strategies to ensure growth within the Bitcoin DeFi ecosystem and beyond.
🚀 Hiring Company – Blockchain-based Layer-One Stablecoin
Aiming to offer Bitcoiners a native stablecoin backed by their BTC that will allow them to borrow Bitcoin without surrendering custody.
💰 Compensation
· Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
· Equity: A significant allocation of tokens with high growth potential.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Implementing Marketing Strategy: Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive protocol adoption, build community engagement, and establish our client as the leading Bitcoin DeFi provider.
· Raising Brand Awareness: Promoting our client’s innovative solution within the crypto ecosystem through targeted messaging, PR campaigns, and thought leadership.
· Integrating Technical and Creative Teams: Defining blockchain concepts and translating them into digestible, engaging marketing materials and campaigns with product, engineering, and technical teams.
· Building Communities: Engage in online platforms (e.g., Twitter Spaces, Discord) and real-life events to foster trust and loyalty.
· Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and user feedback to refine marketing playbooks and identify growth opportunities.
· Managing and Building a High-Performing Team: Hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals to align their work with measurable KPIs and OKRs.
· Overseeing Budget and ROI: Ensuring campaigns and initiatives maximize ROI through effective budget management.
· Promote: Participating in key crypto conferences, holding events, and hosting virtual discussions in order to elevate the protocol’s global presence.
⭐ What you’ll bring to this Chief Marketing Officer position;
· Proven track record of producing insightful, high-quality content with a strong Twitter presence and history of meaningful interactions. Regular publication of thoughtful pieces is highly valued, with substance taking precedence over engagement farming.
· A strong interest in crypto, as well as an appreciation of decentralisation and freedom from censorship are advantageous.
· Demonstrated success in similar marketing roles: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive growth.
· Excellent communication skills: Ability to simplify technical concepts for a diverse audience through written and verbal communication.
· Analytics and data-driven approach: Experience in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions using analytics tools.
· In-person and online event management, community engagement, thought leadership experience.
