DevOps Security Engineer Vacancy

RecruitBlock are recruiting an DevOps Security Engineer for an international crypto leader who specialise in building enterprise crypto treasury management solutions.

This Málaga based blockchain company enables companies to integrate digital assets into the treasury, payroll and financial operations.

The DevOps Security Engineer will have a strong passion for problem solving, strong attention to detail and will work closely within the Developer and Product team. The role will can be based in Málaga with work-from-home and hybrid working options available, or remotely in Spain with office visits required.

Role: ✔ Choose, configure, and manage security tools. ✔ Integrate security tools to our CI / CD pipelines. ✔ Explore and evaluate new security processes, techniques, and tools. ✔ Work with other teams to build, to enhance application security. ✔ Automate static and dynamic security tests. ✔ Participate in architectural decision-making ✔ Research, learn and work with the newest tools!

Skills:  ✔ Proven experience within Application Security field. ✔ Experience with SAST, DAST tooling, processes, methodologies and DevOps methodology. ✔ Experience with application containers. ✔ Experience with Linux (shell, basic understanding of Linux internals). ✔ Experience with Software version control tools (git) ✔ Experience with scripting (bash, python,…) ✔ Exposure to a wide range of open-source technologies and best software practices. ✔ Able to work with agile methodologies. ✔ A pragmatic attitude and approach to solving problems. ✔ Proactive, go for attitude and unlimited creativity. ✔ A dedication to solve problems and deliver solutions. ✔ Passion for cryptocurrencies / blockchain a bonus. ✔ Fluent written and spoken English.
