We are partnering exclusively with a leading Gibraltar regulatory body who are seeking a DLT Technical Specialist to join their team.
✔ DLT ✔ Regulation ✔ Compliance
Roles ✔ Lead on the processing of applications by DLT firms. ✔ Apply in-depth knowledge of Blockchain and DLT, including Smart Contracts. ✔ Drive agendas for on-sites with regulated firms. ✔ Identify mitigants of emerging risks. ✔ Lead on thematic work and policy developments. ✔ Provide technical guidance to team and knowledge share. ✔ Lead and drive team initiatives. ✔ Ensure policies are fit for purpose. ✔ Deliver industry engagement presentations. ✔ Support the team with external engagement. ✔ Passion to work in DLT and Blockchain.
Skills ✔ In-depth knowledge of Blockchain and DLT, including Smart Contracts. ✔ Understanding of other jurisdictions regulatory DLT and Blockchain frameworks beneficial. ✔ Ability to be forward-looking and identify and understand emerging risks and industry trends. ✔ Able to lead and develop a collaborative working environment. ✔ High levels of accountability and deadline focused with ability to deliver on time. ✔ Willingness to act as a trusted partner. ✔ Deadline focused with ability to deliver on time. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ✔ Strong analytics skills. ✔ Able to present complex information concisely and credibly. ✔ Passion to work in DLT and blockchain.
