Chief Financial Officer in Digital Assets | London

Role Scope
· Lead financial strategy, planning and capital oversight across a scaling digital asset platform
· Oversee control, reporting, treasury, audit, tax and cash management
· Partner with the CEO and board on capital structure, investor readiness and long-range planning
· Strengthen board reporting, management information and financial decision support
· Build finance infrastructure suited to international growth, regulated counterparties and institutional scrutiny
· Support new products, jurisdictions and strategic initiatives with disciplined financial governance
Leadership Requirements
· Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience in digital assets, fintech, trading or financial services
· Strong grounding in financial control, treasury and strategic finance
· Experience operating with boards, investors, auditors and external capital providers
· Ability to bring structure, pace and judgement to a high-growth environment
· Professional credibility combined with commercial sharpness and low-ego leadership
