RecruitBlock is partnering with a leading forward-thinking blockchain and crypto advisory firm, driven to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. At the cutting edge of AI and cryptocurrency innovation they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual as a Head of AI Incubator, who will leverage their extensive background in AI and crypto to drive their initiatives forward.

This role will be remote based.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

· Lead and manage the AI Incubator, fostering innovation and growth in AI projects.

· Develop and implement strategies to support and accelerate AI startups within the incubator.

· Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and trends in AI and cryptocurrency.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to AI startups, helping them navigate technical and business challenges.

· Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

· Drive research and development efforts to explore new AI technologies and applications.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI projects and startups, providing regular updates to senior management.

⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Head of AI Incubator role;

· Extensive experience in AI, with a strong understanding of AI tools, technologies, and frameworks.

· Proven track record in the cryptocurrency industry, including knowledge of blockchain technology.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with startups, partners, and stakeholders.       

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.

· Experience with AI incubation or startup accelerator programs preferred.

· Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the AI and cryptocurrency industries.

· Strong network of contacts within the AI and cryptocurrency sectors.

🤝 Interview process

·  Interview with COO (60 min).

·  Final interview with CEO (60 min).
