This start-up is seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced marketing and BD professional.
This Head of Marketing & Business Development role will be based in the UK, so the company is looking for UK based candidates who will be offered options of hybrid and remote working in the UK.
In this Head of Marketing & Business Development role you will be working within a small team and leading all aspects of marketing, including g2m and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring definition of marketing and also execution and management of business development and sales initiative launches.

Role
✔ Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention, increase market share and reach growth targets. ✔ Define digital strategies across the entire customer lifecycle to maximize reach and retention. ✔ Guide the research and identification of target customer audiences ✔ Build and manage a high-performing marketing and DB team, provide mentorship and guide team members. ✔ Support the data team to build dashboards that allow monitoring of KPIs and other key metrics. ✔ Make improvements to strategies through data analysis that can be turned into actionable decision. ✔ Continually strive for high performance, higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization.
Skills ✔ Proven experience in marketing and BD roles, preferably in FinTech or blockchain industry. ✔ Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems and a passion for the future of decentralized systems. ✔ Track record of developing and executing successful marketing and business development strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth. ✔ Exceptional writing and communication skills – able to tell a great story. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Able to build strong relationships with leaders, team, community, customers and partners. ✔ UK or EEA passport holder.
