RecruitBlock is recruiting a Head of Sales for an established Crypto / Bitcoin brokerage operating for nearly 10 years. They are seeking a Head of Sales for their business, which provides services to high-net-worth individuals in the UK and Europe and which will be regulated by the GFSC.
As a Head of Sales based in Gibraltar you will play a leading role in driving business growth by expanding the client base and leveraging your sales expertise to ensure the business solidifies its position as a market leader. You will be a highly motivated and experienced in sales, with leadership experience and a strong understanding of the crypto market and investment products.

Role ✔ Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and client acquisition targets. ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and other key stakeholders in the target markets. ✔ Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales proposals to meet the unique needs of each client. ✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales materials, campaigns and events that effectively communicate the business’s value proposition. ✔ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics. ✔ Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to the executive team. ✔ Lead, manage and grow the sales team, providing mentorship, guidance and performance evaluations. ✔ Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Skills ✔ Proven demonstrable experience in a sales leadership position. ✔ A successful track record in the fintech, cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a focus on high-net-worth clientele. ✔ Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and investment products. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and partners. ✔ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, both individually and as part of a team. ✔ Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop talent. ✔ Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. ✔ Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and easily understood manner. ✔ Deep market knowledge and analytical skills. ✔ High ethical standards, a customer service orientation and great sales and negotiation skill. ✔ First language English. ✔ UK or EEA passport holder based in Gibraltar.
