Role ✔ Effective, timely and inclusive recruitment. ✔ Executive and senior search. ✔ Interviewing and screening. ✔ Job advertising and management. ✔ Scheduling of job interviews. ✔ Employment and tax information / reference checks and onboarding. ✔ Support international People & Talent team across various time zones. ✔ HR processes, employment laws and regulations inc. GDPR. ✔ Attending and supporting with international events including Gibraltar, London, Dubai, Málaga and Singapore
Skills ✔ Prior experience in recruitment/ executive search and supporting agency / in-house hiring & recruitment ideally within a fast paced online or technology driven environment. ✔ A keen interest in new technology and startups (NFT’s, DAO, DeFi, Blockchain, VASP’s, FinTech…) ✔ Specialist in international search and selection (cryptocurrency, fintech, blockchain or iGaming) ✔ Knowledge and experience of ATS and recruiting tools. ✔ Excellent communication skills. ✔ Proactive relationship builder. ✔ Team player who is happy to travel when required.
