Business Development Manager, Asia | Remote | Leading Web3 Marketing Agency

RecruitBlock is partnering exclusively with a leading Web3 marketing agency which is recognised as one of the largest and most influential in the space, specialising in influencer marketing, public relations, social media, and community management for top-tier Web3 projects. They leverage an elite Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network with 250+ creators and over 2,000 pieces of content output, delivering results-driven growth for global crypto brands.

With proven success in raising millions from KOLs and driving high-impact campaigns, this agency is expanding its presence across Asian markets — particularly China, Singapore, HK, Japan & South Korea, and other key crypto hubs — to accelerate business development and strategic partnerships.

 

Role Mission

Drive business growth and strategic partnerships within Asian crypto and fintech markets, leveraging your deep network and fluency in Mandarin to expand the agency’s footprint. Work directly with founders and senior leadership to engage enterprise clients, secure high-value deals, and shape growth strategy across one of the fastest-evolving regions in Web3.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop an expert understanding of the agency’s Web3 marketing services, focusing on Asian market applications.

·      Identify, contact, and nurture relationships with strategic partners and potential enterprise clients in China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea etc

·      Leverage an established network within Asian crypto exchanges, fintech platforms, and Web3 projects to secure new business opportunities.

·      Conduct detailed research on market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

·      Collaborate closely with senior management on documentation, reporting, and deal structuring related to business growth.

·      Lead new business initiatives to scale the agency’s Asian market presence.

·      Operate fully remotely with flexible working hours, preferably based in the Eastern hemisphere to align with core market time zones.

 

Must-Have Experience

·      Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships within Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries focused on Asian markets.

·      Fluency in Mandarin is essential for relationship building and negotiation.

·      Demonstrated ability to secure and close enterprise-grade clients and high-value deals.

·      Strong strategic mindset, able to analyse market data and identify emerging opportunities.

·      Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with professional documentation and negotiation abilities.

·      Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

·      Comfortable working independently and collaborating within an international remote team.

·      Experience in agency environments is a plus but not required.
