As a Senior Finance Associate, you’ll report to the Head of Finance & Operations. You’ll support the company’s financial decisions and business planning so it can continue growing and succeeding. You’ll work cross-functionally across Product, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to get financial insights and make strategic recommendations.

This role is office based in NYC.

Using a global research database and a suite of data visualization and asset discovery tools, the company helps drive smarter participation from individuals and institutions alike in crypto and brings transparency and smarter qualitative and quantitative analytics to the crypto and web3 industry.

Among their users are top crypto companies, analysts, investors, and individuals, like Coinbase, Chainanalysis, MakerDAO, and many more.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

·   Build a comprehensive financial model by leveraging a top-down, driver-based revenue model and a bottom-up budget based on close collaboration.

·    Partner with teams across the company to help with high-impact initiatives (i.e. pricing strategy, resource planning, business development, etc.)

·   Support Treasury strategy with token holdings and high-yield investments.

·    Analyze financial statements and KPIs for company leadership and board meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.

·    Prepare and submit detailed financial reports on time.

·    Analyze and report forecasts to the executive.

·    Follow financial guidelines and laws.

⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Finance role;

·    Senior accounting and finance professional with crypto experience.

·    Internationally recognized accounting qualification.

· Experience in High-growth Venture Capital, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking.

·    Demonstrated experience with cryptocurrencies (tokens) as an in-house project up to listing on tier-2 exchanges.

·    Strategically minded with an analytical mind with SQL proficiency.

·    Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

·    Ability to develop strong, collaborative working relationships and be seen as an authority on a topic, an objective source of information, and a trusted advisor.

·    Self-starter who leads the project from start to finish.

🤝 Interview process

·    Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).

·    Interview with the Head of Finance & Operations (60 minutes).

·    Final interview with Director (60 min).
