We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Lead in London:

✔ Investment Platform ✔ Crypto  ✔ Dynamic

Role

✔ Ownership of the hiring / recruiting process for London and remote vacancies. ✔ Attract, retain and develop exceptional, talent in a fair, equitable, consistent and inclusive manner. ✔ Attract the highest caliber crypto-curious talent, keeping Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the forefront. ✔ Reporting metrics on recruiting KPIs (Cost per Hire/ Time to Hire etc). ✔ Ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Skills

✔ Expert Talent Acquisition Leader. ✔ Expert with sourcing tools & ATS (Greenhouse, LinkedIn etc). ✔ Ambitious, experienced, and passionate about recruiting for cryptocurrency / technology. ✔ Experience of working in and recruiting for an international, high growth, startup crypto environment. ✔ Self-starter and team player with excellent communication skills.
