We are recruiting an Technology Recruitment Coordinator (Spanish/ English speaking) in Málaga

Role ✔ Effective, timely and inclusive recruitment. ✔ Job Advertising and management (Spanish & English). ✔ Job interviews and assisting in interview process (Spanish & English). ✔ Employment and tax information / reference checks and onboarding. ✔ Support international People & Talent team. ✔ HR processes, employment laws and regulations inc. GDPR.

Skills ✔ Prior experience in HR and supporting agency / inhouse hiring & recruitment. ✔ Expert in international search and selection (cryptocurrency, fintech, blockchain or iGaming) ✔ Knowledge and experience of ATS and recruiting tools. ✔ Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. ✔ Proactive relationship builder.
