Token Launch Project Manager

RecruitBlock is partnering with a platform that is redefining decentralized AI by connecting blockchain and artificial intelligence into an open, collaborative ecosystem. Through their Launchpad they enable AI startups to raise funds and grow. They are now seeking a dynamic, Web3 experienced Token Launch Project Manager who will oversee all projects launching, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch support. You’ll collaborate with AI startups, technical teams and marketing to ensure each token launch achieves its goals while delivering a seamless experience for our partners and community

This role will be remote based with a preference for UTC+5 to UTC+10 time zones

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

· Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of token launches, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.

· Guide new projects through the launch process, from preparation to execution.

· Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, developers, marketing, and technical support teams.

· Ensure token launches adhere to regulatory and platform standards.

· Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary resources for token launches, including marketing support, technical assistance, and community engagement.

· Monitor and report on the success metrics of each launch, providing recommendations for improvement.

· Continuously refine launch processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Token Launch Project Manager role;

· Proven project management experience in blockchain, Web3, or tech-related industries.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Familiarity with tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, and token launch mechanisms.

· Exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including developers, investors, and community managers.

· Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

· A proactive problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
