Organisation overview
Our client is a specialist Web3 growth and advisory business working with founders and leadership teams across digital assets. The organisation delivers multi-channel programmes involving positioning, content, partnerships, community and market development. It requires an experienced delivery lead who can give clients confidence while maintaining pace and quality across a distributed team.
The appointment
The Web3 Project & Delivery Lead will own the relationship between agreed commercial outcomes and the work required to achieve them. The remit combines client leadership, programme design and delivery oversight, with a particular focus on clear scope, realistic priorities and credible reporting.
This is not an administrative project role. It requires someone who understands growth work well enough to challenge a brief, improve the plan and explain what the evidence does, and does not, support.
Key responsibilities
· Lead client onboarding and translate commercial objectives into defined scope, measures, owners and delivery plans.
· Coordinate work across strategy, content, community, partnerships and communications, maintaining clear priorities and dependencies.
· Review briefs and outputs for strategic coherence, factual accuracy and alignment with the intended audience.
· Maintain an evidence-led view of progress, explaining performance against agreed baselines and recommending changes where needed.
· Identify delivery risk early, resolve blockers and manage changes to scope or sequencing with transparency.
· Turn completed programmes into useful learning, case studies and improved ways of working for future engagements.
Experience and capability
· Experience leading client delivery, projects or integrated growth programmes within Web3, fintech, technology or a specialist advisory environment.
· A strong grasp of content, community, partnerships and digital campaigns, sufficient to assess quality and challenge assumptions.
· Evidence of managing several workstreams without losing control of scope, standards or stakeholder confidence.
· The ability to interpret performance data, distinguish activity from progress and communicate difficult messages constructively.
· Excellent written communication, sound commercial awareness and confidence working directly with founders and senior leaders.
Leadership and stakeholder context
The Web3 Project & Delivery Lead will work closely with senior client stakeholders and the internal leadership team. The appointment will set the operating cadence for each engagement, support specialists in doing their strongest work and ensure that commercial promises remain connected to achievable delivery.
