We’re hiring a VP of Growth to lead high-value enterprise sales, drive strategic deal execution, and expand the company’s presence in the blockchain ecosystem. This high-impact role is responsible for building and managing a pipeline of complex, high-value deals, working closely with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.

💰 Compensation

· Location: Remote (USA, UK, Europe)

· Commitment: Full-time in USA, UK or Europe

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

· Leading full-cycle crypto enterprise sales engagements, from prospecting to closing, with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.

· Developing and executing a scalable Web3 business development strategy to expand market reach across the blockchain ecosystem.

· Managing a pipeline of complex, high-value strategic deals.

· Building and nurturing relationships with blockchain ecosystems, DeFi projects, validators, and institutional partners to drive adoption.

· Identifying new business opportunities and emerging revenue streams in blockchain infrastructure.

· Collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align crypto go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

· Staying informed on crypto industry trends, market dynamics, competition, and client needs.

· Representing the company at key Web3 and blockchain industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

⭐ What you’ll bring to this VP of Growth position:

· Proven success in crypto growth marketing, Web3 business development, or blockchain enterprise sales.

· A strong track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+) with blockchain protocols, DeFi projects, or fintech enterprises.

· Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, validator services, staking, RPC solutions, and multi-product platforms.

· Experience working at a leading blockchain startup or Web3 company.

· Ability to execute crypto adoption strategies and scale Web3 user acquisition.

· Strong technical and commercial understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain applications.

· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and focused on performance-based success.

· Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable with frequent travel to crypto events and blockchain conferences.
