A Gibraltar-based financial services company with an excellent reputation and expertise globally.
The role will involve producing timely and accurate management information; consolidating budget and forecast / business plan information; performing key reconciliation tasks and managing the financial year-end processes and statutory accounts.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Preparation of monthly management accounts with balance sheet reconciliations, reporting packs and supporting schedules.
· Developing, monitoring, and reporting KPI’s.
· Delivering management reports to the senior management team.
· Analysis, preparation, and monitoring of cash flow statements.
· Offering guidance and direction regarding accounting issues to operations teams; ensuring accounts accurately reflect the underlying activity of entities.
· Planning, forecasting, and implementing performance measures.
· The development of a Viewpoint/ALB for management accounting.
· Conducting research, analyzing and concluding based on the information.
· Main contact for annual audits of all Group companies.
· Review and improve the financial reporting process.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Gibraltar Finance role;
· CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification – Fully qualified preferred.
· Ability to work methodically and accurately with attention to details.
· Extensive experience with accounting software. Viewpoint and ALB are preferred.
· Opportunity to develop and improve report formats based on business and client needs.
· Demonstrate your excellent communication skills.
· Enjoy working with tight deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to use Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets, including VLookups and pivot tables.
🤝 Interview process
· Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
· Interview with the Exec Team (60 minutes).
· Final interview with Director (30 min).
