As an HR Assistant, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, working in a high-performance environment, assisting with day-to-day HR operations across the company.
It’s important to be able to prioritize, multitask, and work well with others in a busy HR department.

This role will be located in Gibraltar.

Role
✔ Supporting the HR function across the organization daily. ✔ Maintaining employee records. ✔ Helping with pensions and private medical schemes. ✔ Reporting annual leaves and absences. ✔ Assisting with payroll processing. ✔ Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects. ✔ Providing recruitment support. ✔ Helping with employee lifecycle and ad hoc requests. ✔ Assisting with employee onboarding and induction. ✔ Supporting disciplinary and grievance investigations and providing guidance to staff on HR policies/ procedures.
Skills
✔ Working experience in a similar HR role. ✔ CIPD qualified; Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.). ✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ✔ You’re a team player, open-minded, organized, resilient, reliable, and committed. ✔ An excellent eye for detail. Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. ✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize. ✔ Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent problem-solving skills. ✔ Experience with EasyPay software is a plus. ✔ Ability to work in office based role in Gibraltar (sponsorship is not offered).
