Role

· Design, implement and manage internal compliance procedures and controls

· Manage communication and reporting to the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.

· Monitor and implement relevant regulatory developments and industry best practice.

· Setup and lead Gibraltar office

· Define, implement and improve daily operational processes.

· Develop back-office systems.

· Ensure conformity with laws and regulations.

 

Skills

✔ Compliance, risk, fraud and regulatory experience within Financial Services / FinTech.

✔ Experience leading business through Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) licensing process.

✔ Relationship building with regulators, statutory and licensing bodies.

✔ Excellent communication and prioritising skills.

✔ Self-motivated lead.

✔ Pro-active, results driven multitasker

✔ GFSC approved individual advantageous
