RecruitBlock is exclusively recruiting a Sales Manager for an exciting market maker who provide market making services for dozens of digital asset projects to help improve their liquidity in the markets. With a focus on innovative technology, education, transparency and service they seek to provide the highest value to their partners. Their sophisticated autonomous trading technologies are now used by over 200 clients.

As Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for leading and growing the company’s sales efforts and revenues worldwide. You’ll have the opportunity to develop relationships with major industry players, including leading blockchain projects, exchanges and investment companies.

This role is remote, with travel will be required as part of the role, including quarterly to the Head Office in Israel.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

. Grow market making businesses – deepen and build relationships with high profile blockchain projects as well as CeFi and DeFi exchanges, VCs and investors.

. Manage and grow relationships with current key accounts and partners

. Collaborate with other departments, to ensure efficiency and competitive offering

·        Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

·        Manage and grow high-performing sales

. Manage the sales process, including pipelines, forecasts, communication and reporting.

. Educating potential clients about services.

⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Sales Manager role;

·        Proven sales experience and track record of sales success in a similar company.

·        Experience in business development, partnerships or client-facing roles, preferably within B2B sales.

·        Crypto Native – Deep understanding of digital asset fundamentals, industry’s jargon, ways of communication, building partnerships and doing business.

·        Trading, market making and algorithmic trading knowledge

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; a big focus of this role is on educating potential clients rather than simply attempting to sell them.

·       Self-motivation, natural curiosity and results-driven approach.

·       Keeping the big picture mentality and focus on the company’s overall success.

·       Creative and outside the box thinking while being highly hands-on and practical.

. Entrepreneurial mindset, determined yet humble attitude, like to work with a team, teach and learn from others.

. Responsible, collaborative and self motivated by the results of your work; as you’ll be working mostly remote and will need to constantly communicate with other team members.

·        Experience working with collaboration platforms (such as Slack, Asana, CRM etc.).

 🤝 Interview process

·        Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).

·        Interview with internal HR/Recruiter (30 minutes).

·        Interview with internal Hiring Manager (60 minutes).
