RecruitBlock are recruiting a Senior Company Administrator for a leading international provider of professional business and fiduciary services in Gibraltar.

In this Gibraltar based role you’ll be working as part of a dynamic team of professionals, operating in a high-performance environment.

Gibraltar Vacancy ✔Senior Company Administrator Job ✔Fiduciary 

Role: ✔ Efficiently managing various activities involved in the incorporation of new companies in all jurisdictions, including production, checking and issuing of documents, communicating with clients and outside agencies. ✔ Checking of due diligence documentation and administration of existing companies including change of name, transfers, strike offs, cancellations, preparing company documents, client reviews. ✔ Liaising with clients and agents, maintaining proper records of communications and escalating issues as appropriate. ✔ Raising necessary invoices and making suitable entries in Viewpoint to ensure correct, timely and accurate billing. ✔ Preparation and filing of statutory documents in timely manner and reviewing and processing Know Your Client and risk analysis for new and existing businesses, ensuring clients are compliant with FSC regulations as well as internal policies. ✔ Reviewing and managing a variety of transactions, administrative and secretarial, in a timely and efficient manner. ✔ Day to day management of an active portfolio. ✔ Responsibility for opening new Companies, company registration, filing of necessary reports in various jurisdictions. ✔ Responsibility for terminating existing Companies and filing of necessary reports in various jurisdictions. ✔ Providing assistance, guidance and support as necessary to management and support other Senior Administrators within the team when required.

Skills:  ✔ Previous experience within a Company Administrator or similar role with a regulated environment. ✔ Strong IT skills and proficiency in Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. ✔ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. ✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject e.g. Finance / Business / Legal desirable. ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience using Viewpoint advantageous. ✔ Knowledge of Gibraltar compliance or AML regulations helpful. ✔ Desire to exceed expectations and excel is innovative business.
