RecruitBlock are recruiting a Software Engineer for a crypto custodian and exchange that enables individuals and institutions to buy, sell and store multiple cryptocurrencies.

The Software Engineer will have a strong passion crypto; the technology and the movement. The primary focus will be on executing and settling.

Role:

✔ Support the design and build of a global liquidity network at scale. ✔ Cultivate best practices and collaborate with engineering teams structuring applications. ✔ Design and manage build pipelines for containers and VMs. ✔ Configure, instrument and manage infrastructure logging and monitoring systems. ✔ Build and operate CI. ✔ Cultivate best practices across all environments. ✔ Partner with compliance and security teams to meet system and data management requirements.

Skills:  ✔ Experience working with exchanges or trading systems beneficial. ✔ Experience building microservice architecture in a cloud infrastructure. ✔ Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and networking concepts. ✔ Experience with operational tools for infrastructure and software deployment, including jenkins, gitlab, CI/CD, docker, ansible, kubernetes, TLS, SSL. ✔ Proven experience in architecture, design, development, delivery of distributed applications. ✔ Strong analytical and conceptual skill. ✔ Great organizational skills and attention to detail. ✔ Passion for cryptocurrencies / blockchain.
