We’re recruiting an Affiliate Account Manager for an iGaming leader with offices in Gibraltar, Israel, Bulgaria and Spain and recognised by the industry as an internationally trusted online gaming and casino provider.
The Affiliate Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing affiliates across all verticals within the group, monitoring and analysing performance in order to driver improved yield and quality and will be based in Sotogrande offices.

Role
✔ Monitor and analyse online gaming and sportsbetting affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness. ✔ Identify and cultivate top performers within online gaming. ✔ Nurture small to medium online gaming affiliates. ✔ Develop incentive programs to reward key iGaming partners. ✔ Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers within online gaming. ✔ Continuously improve landing pages, marketing and merchandising campaigns through the online gaming affiliate network. ✔ Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns within the online gaming industry. ✔ Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key partners. ✔ Maintain knowledge on iGaming industry trends. ✔ Represent affiliate team at online gaming and sportsbetting industry events.
Skills
✔ Proven affiliate or account management experience. ✔ Experience within online gaming affiliation beneficial. ✔ Methodical, numbers driven and analytical approach. ✔ Open and responsive problem-solving skills. ✔ Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. ✔ Proactive and able to motivate others. ✔ Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’ ✔ DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad) / NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) & Número de la Seguridad Social desirable. ✔ Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
