It’s on a mission to enable companies to easily integrate digital assets into their existing payroll, treasury and financial operations.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

Establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Building in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers, working closely with the Sales team.
Ensuring clients have the best possible experience and their business operations are supported at all times.
Understanding customer’s strategic goals and educating them on how to get the best out of the product.
Actively work to fix issues, before they become issues.
Gather and analyse data and use it to present and deliver key messages to senior stakeholders.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Málaga Customer Success Manager role;

Proven experience in a similar role.
Ability to understand the complexities of the financial technology industry.
Knowledge and experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
Ability to easily grasp technical concepts and translate them into understandable, meaningful content for customers.
Empathy and a passion for customer experience
Self-motivated with a positive, structured approach
Great relationship builder – you’re a people person
An analytical mind with a talent for problem solving
Superb organisational skills – you’re able to prioritise your workload
