🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

Making smart marketing decisions with a clear vision and strategy.
Developing a marketing operations roadmap, selecting, implementing, and customizing marketing technology.
Work with Data Analytics to provide the marketing department with accurate customer lifetime value/acquisition cost ratios.
Providing cross-functional insights to stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance.
Analysing volume, velocity, conversions, and price across the entire marketing funnel.
Building and leading a strong team.
Tracking marketing costs and maintaining the budget.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this London Marketing role;

Marketing experience at a senior/strategic level within a fintech or technology company.
SQL/Python is essential.
Experienced in digital marketing, data management, and marketing automation.
Budget management/financial analysis experience.
Analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI.
Expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Be able to motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding the regulatory, security, and technical landscapes affecting cryptocurrency.
Owning it, making decisions, and having an impact.
🤝 Interview process

Final interview with Director and Exec Team (60 min).
