RecruitBlock is supporting an award-winning global asset management company headquartered in the United Kingdom with entrepreneurial spirit and family values who provide value to their global clients and partners.

They have growing operations in Gibraltar, including a regulated Fund, and as Office Manager in Gibraltar you’ll be responsible for managing the small office set-up, ensuring its efficient running, providing administrative support, managing invoices, paperwork and providing local customer service and diary management. You’ll work with and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure an efficient office operation.

It’s an exciting time to be joining this international business who have an incredibly unique and advantageous position in both the Real Estate and Natural Resource sectors, specialising in acquiring, managing and developing desirable assets.

This Office Manager role is office based in Gibraltar but offers flexible working hours and WFH opportunities.

 

🚀Hiring Company – A global asset management company with offices around the world and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, headquartered in the UK, but with partners and investors around the world.

This position will be the first Gibraltar hire for a UK-based global asset management company with a portfolio of companies and a GFSC regulated private equity fund in Gibraltar.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

    Managing external services providers and overseeing general office operations Administrative and documentation duties Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel Management and recording of invoices. Coordinating the ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipment Preparing office reports and composing staff correspondence Creating new contracts, preparing reports and presentations for management team members Handling ETB issues and documentation

 

Here’s what you’ll bring to this Office Manager role in Gibraltar;

    Experience in similar role with strong administration experience Experience within Financial Services Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Personable and a good communicator with good problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational skills with additional languages (Spanish) an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a bonus
